Happy Thanksgiving

Our trip was very nice...as nice as it could be. I'm feeling as if we are living in between reality and fantasy in a way...still feeling stunned by how quickly everything happened and learning to find footing after 7 months (or 2 years) on the emotional rollercoaster. Yesterday I made my way back to the P.O. box for the Team Gleason Pay it Forward Fund and my jaw literally hit the floor when I saw it was filled again. Thank you so very much. There is so much kindness and generosity in this world...and I have been so grateful to be able to pass it from you on to others. Thank you for believing in us and our cause.

I haven't found it in myself to do any photography in the past month...still having a hard time reconciling with my inner artist but I remembered this fun post and thought you could all use a little lightening up this thanksgiving. This is our Thanksgiving post from 2 years ago...singin' gobble gobble gobble all day...I'm not sure exactly what prompted Glenn's solo at the end - it was a surprise to all of us that day- made me laugh out loud this morning and reminded me not to take myself too seriously.

Enjoy the day with family and friends and all that you have to be thankful for-

Yep, a bunch of turkeys. I too, laughed out loud and now I get to go to bed with a big goofy smile on my face. Yes, because of all my true blessings, and because I get to see and hear your precious family on my computer tonight...;)
